About

Clayton T. Kendrick

My name is Clayton T. Kendrick. Prior to opening Kendrick Law Office, I worked at a distinguished law firm in Griffin, Georgia. While there, I gained invaluable legal experience in a variety of practice areas. I represented major insurance companies, local government, financial institutions, businesses, and numerous clients in need of help, ranging from small business formation, traffic citations, general civil litigation, landlord-tenant matters, family law matters, probating loved one’s estates, and drafting estate planning documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives. I have helped numerous clients obtain favorable results in Georgia courts, and numerous families plan for their future.

Prior to practicing law, I was a Firefighter/EMT from 2004 to 2010. My wife and I then travelled to Honduras where we spent our first year of marriage serving at a home for abused and abandoned girls. After that, I worked in higher education to support my wife while she went to law school, and I soon followed suit. My wife and I have been married since 2010, and we have two children who bring an immeasurable amount of joy to our lives. We live in Pike County and attend Rock Springs Church. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I attended law school at the Mercer University School of Law, where I graduated
cum laude. I participated in Moot Court for two years on Mercer’s National Appellate Advocacy Team. Afterwards, I was inducted into the Order of Barristers, which is an honor society that recognizes graduating students who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. I was also inducted into the National Order of Scribes, which is an honorary organization that recognizes graduating law students who excel in legal writing. I enjoy putting these skills to use representing clients.

I was also a member of the Mercer Law Review, and was elected by my peers to serve as the Law Review’s Editor in Chief. I have been published by the Mercer Law Review twice: once as a student, and once as a practitioner.

At Kendrick Law Office, I take a personable, professional, and client-centered approach to help you achieve your desired results, and to help you navigate difficult situations and decisions, wherever you may be located. Whether it be a lawsuit, a probate matter, or planning for your family’s future, I am here to help. Call, text, or email me today, or come see me in beautiful downtown Zebulon.
